About Me

For as long as I can remember I have been interested in understanding the human mind…

Being born with cystic fibrosis, and thus given a rather short life expectancy, I carried a deep desire within me to make my life as joyful and as fulfilling as possible, and as quickly as possible.

Naturally this led me on a journey inwards and I have spent the last 13 years deeply committed to the process of gaining ever greater self awareness and understanding, for the purpose of learning how to truly thrive as a human being.

Three years ago this journey led me away from my concern with the activity of the mind, and into the body, and the realm of emotions.

Until this point I had been unconsciously repressing my emotions, before the grief of a relationship ending finally burst the barrel and it all came flooding out in quite spectacular fashion.

Since then I have been deeply immersed in a constant endeavour to process and to release all of the emotions that I had repressed within me.

This has taken me on a beautifully painful journey through the farthest corners of my shame, self-hatred, worthlessness, anger, sadness and despair, along with all it her flavours of emotion available to us as humans.

The reward for this willingness to touch my deepest pain has been an experience of peace, joy and love far beyond anything I could have previously imagined possible.

I have also been afforded an ever greater understanding of myself and what I need in order to live a beautiful life, and personal growth and transformation on an extraordinary scale.

It is with this experience, coupled with my training as a Neo Emotional Release facilitator, that I bring to the world my offering: Space with Sam

My intention is to help create the space you need to bring body and mind back into balance.

I offer this space with the conviction that our repressed emotions lie at the root of the vast majority of problems we face within ourselves, and also within the collective as a society.

I believe there is nothing more beneficial we can do for ourselves, for each other and for the world at large, than to face these emotions and process and integrate the lessons that they hold for us.

This all starts with creating a little space.
